Please note: all our diffusers come packaged and sealed with a small plastic spill-proof stopper to prevent their contents from leaking during transport or shipping. You will need to remove the diffuser from the packaging; then carefully (1) remove the bamboo lid from the diffuser; then (2) remove the plastic seal from the inside of the diffuser; then (3) replace the bamboo lid back on the diffuser and gently tilt the diffuser upside down for 3-5 seconds to begin the diffusing process. Then (4) remove the bamboo lid, replace the plastic seal, and replace the bamboo lid back on top of the diffuser. Then simply place or hang the diffuser by its attached drawstring and enjoy its long-lasting scent wherever you choose. Visual instructions kindly provided in above images.
